Our Consulting Services are executed in 5 stages:

Stage 1

In this phase Energy Works starts with first contact with the client. Some discussion will take place in order to understand the need of the client.

Stage 2

This phase is an in-depth diagnosis of the problem to be solved
The client and the Consultant may have to identify the sort of change to be applied and probably the pre-activities to reach the goal of the assignment.

Stage 3

This stage aims to find the solutions to the problem and it includes working in the on several alternatives solutions.

Stage 4

The change proposed in the previous stages start to turn into reality and as result is the execution of the plan.

Stage 5

This stage is the final stage that EnergyWorks has to present the client the final result of the work done during the Consultancy Project.
